Was told to keep my sandwich simple. I haven't ate here in over a year and never met these employees. Acted put out with every ingredient i ask them to add. Got some wrong still but didn't want to be difficult do i just didn't say anything. Apparently salt pepper oil and vinegar wasnt simple enough, i didnt get that. He didn't even ask if i wanted it. Ill just stick to oroville subway i guess.

I ordered 2 6 inch subs. One was a cali turkey and one was a meatball. Mind you, I have been eating subway sandwiches for over 30 years. I started eating the turkey sandwich and it was the worst I have ever had. It was simply disgusting. I couldn’t even eat half of it. I almost always select the same toppings/ingredients. For whatever reason it had little flavor/taste, it was not toasted, to much avocado, cheese was not melted, way too much onion, I always ask for oil and vinegar, I could not taste either. All in all, terrible, terrible sandwich. I have not tried the meatball sandwich yet. I was so sick to my stomach I need to wait for a while. After about 30 minutes I tried to eat the meatball sandwich. It was somewhat tolerable but tasted artificial to me. I could not finish that one either. I had also ordered 2 raspberry cheesecake cookies which were ok. All in all, the best part of the whole order was the nacho cheese Doritos and the fruit punch Gatorade. I have never had a bad experience with a subway order ever. Nearly 35.00 wasted. I have never had a subway sandwich delivered before and I will not do it again, especially from this store. What an absolute extreme disappointment. I don’t order out very often and was delighted to see them on door dash for delivery. Never ever ever again. It has almost completely turned me off from eating subway again. Today is 2/12/2024 a couple days after my bad experience with this subway store. I have been randomly going through some of the reviews for this subway and the majority of the better reviews are from 5 or more years ago. It is sad to see an establishment go from being highly regarded and respected to falling to what I and many others have experienced. It appears like upper management and perhaps even ownership simply don’t care and hire disrespectful poorly trained staff. It’s a real shame. I absolutely do not recommend eating food from this restaurant.

If you get there 40 minutes before close and they have already closed everything up...that's not a very good subway. Not to mention the one sandwich we got, I didn't tip because it took them 2 seconds to make a kids sandwich and they refused to make 2 others when they weren't even close to closing...yet they acted annoyed I didn't tip. Dude this tipping culture is out of control. If you don't go the extra mile stop acting like you deserve it.
