Food was ok, not something to jump up & down about. Price was over rated. I will never order it again. Dinner was interrupted by un-controlled screaming & children running around the whole restaurant. It is not because of Taco Bell. It's Bad Parenting or lack of.

Used the kiosk because we have food allergies so some food items had to be omitted. Food came out with the food items we can't have. Had to go back and have the food remade. Then we were asked if we wanted to keep the messed up order because it would have been thrown away. We can't have it so unfortunately it was a waste of food.

Taco Bell is normally fine. But this time when I went around 2 days ago it gave me food poisoning! I got the chicken cantina bowl and a burrito. My friend also got food poisoning from this Gridley Taco Bell. And I expect better.

Went here for my sweet tooth. Got a freeze and cinnamon twists.. well twists because there was no cinnamon on them. And they were cold and kinda stale too. They are gross without the cinna-sugar. The vanilla lemonada freeze was good though

The manager i believe her name is Ava, she is the most unprofessional person in charge i have ever experienced. I was waiting for my order while she had one person making HUGE ORDERS by himself while asking him to run around the store and do everything by himself. She was also being very rude and talking badly about this worker to his face in a very degrading way. You guys need to find new management this is getting ridiculous.

Ava your manager is extremely unprofessional she thinks we don’t understand Spanish but I do, she talks smack about her white employees and it’s setting pretty old. Maybe if she were to actually do the work herself she wouldn’t be yelling at her employees….get a new gm
