Six stars. Food was fresh, fast and amazing. Beers on tap with variety and a family friendly atmosphere. Definitely a must visit when heading out of Yosemite. Chicken tacos and nachos a must!

Amazing local brewery that punches amazingly high. Love having fantastic craft beer in our little town and the locals know it! Come for the danky IPAs but stay for crispy pilsners and lagers (the latter of which is a sign of a great as opposed to just a good brewery). Fantastic staff and owners. Five stars is an understatement.

Excellent small town brewery located on highway 120 on the way to Yosemite National Park. Locally owned and operated excellent service and tavern menu

TL;DR - come for the beer, not the food. The food was a disappointment - they do tell you that they don't have a kitchen on the menu (or posted up, I forget which), but I didn't expect to get something that looked like a meal a college co-ed cobbled together from their mini fridge... and I'm not a fancy pants Michelin type person. Tacos were dry, bland, and boring. Nachos looked like they were made from the exact same prep table the tacos were + melted cheese. That being said, the beers here are AWESOME. Something for everyone. My partner had an IPA he really liked and I had a coconut porter that really hit the spot. Also very reasonably priced. You can even get a mini 5oz pour for $3 if you wanted to design your own beer tasting flight or just see if you liked something before committing. Otherwise, there are some big screen TVs that were playing a soccer match, the place and bathrooms and clean, and they have some interesting decor. Next time I'm in the area, might stop by for a post-hike pint but would skip the food entirely.

My Husband Roy and I were in Groveland on vacation and we looked up dog friendly restaurants and Around the Horn came up very highly recommended. We ate outside in a very pleasant patio area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got a chilly bread bowl and Roy ordered the chicken tacos and one of the local beers. Everything was delicious and they even gave the doggos treats

We stopped here on our way back from Yosemite. We were just an hour shy of a Christmas movie night! They have lots of casual and fun events. The menu is small, but good. We both had tasters if different beers that were the perfect size for a mid drive stop.

Not impressed at all. Way overpriced for Sysco source frozen food. Only 3 choices for food on a tuesday. The guy at the counter was rude. I thought with the new owners this might improve but alas ...no. and with bingo calling super loud we weren't able to talk. Won't be coming back.Edit: To the owners credit, the owner responded to this review though she confused me with someone else and defended their practices by being ¨transparent¨. Clearly they are trying and I wish them great success and much luck and hope the review feedback is helpful. My review reflects my experience

Stopped by on the way back to the RV. Had a great selection of beer on tap, and board games to play. Staff was friendly, service was great and family friendly. If you're in the area. Definitely recommend! The Porter is great, but my husband loved the Graveyard Bingo IPA.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Around the Horn, a fantastic brewery. The draft beer selection was both diverse and delicious, featuring some outstanding seasonal offerings. The culinary experience was equally impressive. The Cuban sandwich was a delightful fusion of ham, mustard, and cheese, resulting in a superb and satisfying treat. I also indulged in the Poke bowl, which was wonderfully fresh and delicious. Additionally, the Caesar salad stood out with its freshness and perfectly balanced dressing. What truly stood out was the exceptional service at Around the Horn. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, making me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. The atmosphere at Around the Horn was just as impressive. The clean and spacious indoor seating areas provided a comfortable setting, but the crown jewel of the place was their outdoor seating area. It was well-maintained, beautiful, and offered numerous places to sit and enjoy the time here. All in all, Around the Horn offers an excellent combination of great brews, delectable food, exceptional service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit to this brewery for a well-rounded culinary and beverage experience.Parking: Parking options ARE limited but when we arrived around 4pm on a Saturday there were numerous places available
