Beautiful spot that I wish we visited earlier during our stay! It was a perfect place to spend a hot 90+ degree day, under the shade of trees and next to the water.It's concessions stand type food but the hamburger is better than I imagined it would be! Onion rings are a must too. Spicy chicken burger was okay but I would pass on the black bean burger which was too salty.Warning, parking is limited to home owners during weekends and holidays. Check the website before you go.

We chose Groveland for our stay to visit Yosemite National Park. On the last day of our stay we wanted to check it out before we leave. Went for the sunset and glad we did. The pinkest sunset I’ve ever seen. The lake, geese , ducks? and the various birds chirping. Do visit this place during a sunset. It was amazing.

The beach is beautiful But the homeowners put in place inhuman rule that only home owners can park there. So pregnant women and single parents with 3 kids are walking 1km to get there along the beach. Some regulator should intervene

I have been driving through Groveland for years but I had never heard about Pine Mountain Lake until recently. It's really nice. It is close to Yosemite. The marina, homes, and the clubhouse are all amazingly pleasant. The boating was fun and even my teens loved it. We rented a pedal boat one day, SUP'd another, and also took the water taxi. Swimming was very relaxing. We did a bit of bird watching in the morning. We felt welcome and even met a local family that we plan to get together with another time. Overall highly recommended for a great family vacation.

I came here recently with a group of my girlfriends. We rented a great house and really had a fun time. We did go to the park for hiking a couple of days but we also spent some time around town relaxing. We found the people to be very friendly. The lake was great. Some of us went swimming and did paddle boarding. All in all I would highly recommend it. Great for both adults and kids.

Awesome experience from start to finish! My family and I rented a place in Pine Mountain Lake in summer 2021. We liked it so much we came back twice more. Really relaxing environment with a gorgeous lake, golf course, and a club house with tasty food and cocktails. It's like a low key country club vibe. Super clean everywhere. My kids absolutely loved it. They even have equestrian activities and archery but we have not done that yet. Extremely nice and friendly people. Everyone will go out of their way to help you. We spent several days on the lake, swimming, and renting pedal boats. Very cute downtown area with some nice gift shops and several good restaurants. Perfect home base for trips to Yosemite and gold rush towns like Columbia. Yeah, the internet is not awesome like anywhere in the Sierras, but I was not there to work! Highly recommend!
