Regarding the SPA only:
I reserved a massage for my mom for her birthday. Not only did they double charge me, they didn't give her the extra gift I paid for. When the double charge was identified, the manager called to explain what happened and showed ZERO remorse. Her tone was not pleasant and she sounded rather annoyed.
