When a customer who has been coming for years brings up an issue to you about food you need to Honor their request and know that the customer is always right. Fix the issue and that’s it. My food had an insect in it . And they refused to acknowledge it . They simply ignored it and denied it saying it was spices . You could have gave me a refund and apologized.
So, there were these melty looking cupcakes on the counter as you walk in, and I accidentally knocked them on the ground 🤦🏽♀️. I offered to just buy them and the cashier was just deadpan. Then she charged me $18 for a coffee and the melted cupcakes. Then she took a SUPER long time to make us the coffee. So that wasn’t amazing, but she also looked young and maybe new. I think she’s going to get there and be awesome. Especially when I got to see while we waited...
This place is a hidden gem. Clean with a very homey, vibe, the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity. The service was friendly and the food came out fast. We ordered the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast burrito which comes standard with beans and rice all wrapped in a delicious tortilla that was tender and tasty but sturdy enough to hold all the filling without breaking open.
