I ordered online through the app and picked it up during my lunch. When I arrived to the store I tried to pay for some chips but no one was at the counter, I did a mild shout but no one came so I put the chips back and left. When I got to work I noticed my order was wrong so I went back and they re made my order with the WRONG bread. At this point I was frustrated enough and just took the sandwich. Five minutes later Arlene calls me says I took chips without paying for them. I was accused of stealing in essence. So I told them I put them back and told them to check the cameras. She hangs up. Calls me back to apologize saying a customer told her I stole the chips. Unprofessional and straight up disrespectful accusing me of stealing without verifying first. What an embarrassment for the Subway franchise

BEST Subway I've had in a long time! Super clean establishment, and great sandwich making skills! The sandwich presentation was Instagram worthy. The sandwich artist was patient and made everything just the way we like it. The taste was even better than it looked.

Terrible experience my daughter ordered a kids meal and it was dry and terrible. The lady making her sandwich literally cut the 6 inch more then half and gave her the dry rounded part of the bread. I’m never taking my kids here again. Manager is rude and doesn’t care.

I really really want to like this place. I mean come on it's subway. I don't expect the best. BUT seems like 40% of the time i order online, they call me and let me know they're out of some ingredients. Just now ordered 2 spicy Italians and a meatball. Well guess they're out of meatball. Happens way too often

I've been coming here since they opened a subway in Guadalupe and even though they were slow, I excepted it because what other choice do I have besides driving 10-15 mins to the next town. But I'm unsure if I will be back this time. I ordered 3 sandwiches and a wrap through their app. Went to pick it up 13 mins after it said it would be ready and it wasn't. I still had to wait. Once I finally received it, I came home and started separating the sandwiches and come to find out, not only were the sandwiches made with very little veggies added to them, but they were all made the same. My daughter has an allergy to pickles. Not life threatening, but enough to make her uncomfortable. I'm definitely not happy customer right now and they really need to look carefully at what is being ordered and make it correctly! It could have been a very bad outcome if we didn't catch the pickles!
