Delicious food and very good prices! I had beef stew with mashed potatoes and my wife had a burger (with rye bread which is unusual and delicious), and ginger carrot soup. Definitely coming back!

Matti and Christina were the greatest service I've ever had in my entire life. I've never been to a restaurant where I have felt more accepted, included and safe than I have at the Rio Bistro located at the R3. They were so incredibly accommodating, and I'm pretty sure they would have literally fed me with a fork if I had asked. They're absolutely amazing. Could not rate them higher. They were NOT a part of the bar, or bar drinks, but they did so absolutely fabulous with servicing our drinks from the restaurant. I could not ask for more.

This restaurant just opened (or re-opened) last month (April 2022) and replaced Betty Spaghetti. It is run by the same people who run Rio Cafe in Monte Rio. It is located inside the R3 Hotel resort, a favorite destination for gay couples. We arrived at the restaurant for lunch, in the middle of a drag show. Quite fun! The fare is mainly sandwiches and burgers, with extras like fish tacos. Not much choice for vegetarians, but if you like a good reuben...

I was overcharged at the bar. I spent a few hours at their pool on 08/26/21 after a hike and spending sometime at the river.I have done it many times! I had a good time, it was a beautiful day! I started a tab at the bar, had TWO drinks only since I had to drive back to the city. I left and realized that I didn't close my tab, but didn’t worry knowing that they had my credit card information. I checked my bank account a few days later to realize that I was charged $57.60 for two drinks. Their drinks are $11 so it does not add up not even adding 20% tips. I really owned them $27 the most. I called the hotel several times and finally spoke to their accounting person who said his under his records I consumed four drinks and refused to fix it for me. I could not Have had four drinks. I was by myself and had to drive back to the city. I could not had drank that much. Now it’s my word against theirs. I told him that I have been a long time client, I 've been going there for years and it would be nice if he could take that in consideration and fix the charge. His response was he didn’t care I was long time patron…and he won't reimburse the overcharge. I am very bummed!i really like this place, but i hate how they are handling this. It doesn’t feel good! I loved my summer times in their pool, unfortunately won’t go back anymore. I feel ripped off!!! I am very disappointed the way this has been handled. SHAME on you!!!.
