Terrible customer service - never a "hello," or "thank you." One manager in particular is rude to both the customers and employees. And if that's not bad enough, I was recently charged twice for the same order, as they claimed my mobile order didn't go through (it did, I have the receipt and charge) and I was made to reorder the same thing and was charged nearly $10 more for the duplicate order. shit hole with poor customer service. I'm a local and go there maybe once a week. don't ask me why I keep going there. small town and there isn't much out here. orders seem to be wrong at least 80 percent of time. just yesterday there was a lady that waited 20 min for some nuggets, there was trash all over , no ice in machine and employees standing around laughing like shit was funny. If you can't serve the community properly you should leave!
