My son bought us lunch on 12/10/24 and this is what his hard earned money bought him. Two very undercooked double quarterpounders with cheese. We should have taken them back with the $$ they charge for apparently now no care if their customers get sick or not by under cooked meat. As soon as I saw how raw mine was I had him look at his and it was even worse. Neither of is finished eating our burgers. Thanks for the gross out McDonald's.

Went through drive through and they took my code to get a frappe and then they tell me after taking my code saying they have no frappes when the second we left, a dude walked out with a frappe. Never going to this McDonald’s again. Second time this happened.

I ordered 2 Spicy Crispy Sandwiches today. Now I expect some minor flaws, because it is entry level. The sandwiches were dry as can be. This is because the oerson who assembled the sandwiches wasn't motivated ro do it correctly. The chicken patties seemed a little undercooked. Then pickles were put on only half the sandwich, then a dab and I mean only a spot about 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch in size was put in a corner on the bun. Same with both sandwiches! Not enough to manually spread on my own. Basicallt, unsauced, because the worker obviously has no pride in their product. I have has this happen at this location on Filet o Fish sandwiches. But, lately the filet o fish has has a larger dab of tartar sauce, which was still not spread, but placed on one side of the sandwich, but at least able to spread out. Workers there are friendly, and well paid, but the manager needs to do quality control. Take pride in your product, especially since you are the only fast food in town! Give us what we pay for!

We placed a mobile order for curbside pick up. We just happened to be there at the same time that the high-school across the street got out for the day, so they were extremely busy. We still got our food fast and the delivery gal was very nice . Our fries were nice and fresh, so that was a bonus!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS TERRIBLE So they made me wait 20 minutes and the drive-through they wouldn’t open the window to tell me that my food would be ready in a bit. I do not recommend this place. I’d rather drive to one in Los Banos. I asked for catchup and condiments and they didn’t give me anything at all. This is the worst McDonald’s ever.
Bad customer service. Food was cold and I was told if I want to add an ice cream for my GRANDSON to go back thru the drive thru. Wow. Never going back to Gustine Ca again.

I stopped by yesterday to purchase the $.50 double cheese burger first they told me the app. wasn't working then you had to have the McDonald's app. to get the deal I felt like a bait and switch victim so I told them to keep their fraudulent $.50 burger and drove away... I ask how much for a ice cream cone it was almost $ 4.00 you can get the same ice cream cone for a $1.08 at the Hilmar McDonald's.. I just left with buying nothing forget the Gustine McDonald's to expensive... Their business is a rip off.. will not return again..
