I ordered 2 Spicy Crispy Sandwiches today. Now I expect some minor flaws, because it is entry level. The sandwiches were dry as can be. This is because the oerson who assembled the sandwiches wasn't motivated ro do it correctly. The chicken patties seemed a little undercooked. Then pickles were put on only half the sandwich, then a dab and I mean only a spot about 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch in size was put in a corner on the bun. Same with both sandwiches! Not enough to manually...
We placed a mobile order for curbside pick up. We just happened to be there at the same time that the high-school across the street got out for the day, so they were extremely busy. We still got our food fast and the delivery gal was very nice . Our fries were nice and fresh, so that was a bonus!
Went in today and there system was having issues. All of the staff had patience of gold with any question I had. It wasn’t super long or anything, but there kindness was very appreciated. Manager on duty was super sweet and she was very helpful.
