Ordered for delivery and it never arrived. After two hours of waiting I called and they said it was pick up only, and if I wanted delivery I'd have to pay an additional charge in cash when they arrived, very suspicious and unprofessional with the attitude I was given.i love on the other side of town with no car, delivery is a must.

Was arranged after a funeral at Santa Nella to receive guests. Has a large side room with 2 flat screens to view PPT or other IMOV for at on one to honor Robert Morse a Veteran.Parking: I'm glad it did not rain hard while getting in and out.
Food is always good and the staff is nice but I will be honest, the food poisoning after every single meal is not worth it. Absolutely love the delicious food it's just always making me sick after eating which is unfortunate since the food and customer service is great!

I was there last night. It was empty. The manager took my order, and told me it was about to get REALLY busy. He wasn't joking! Suddenly, hundreds of people came in. The group was holding a vigil for a family called the Leyva family that tragically lost three family members in the morning due to a drunk driving crash. The manaher and the amazing crew of the parlor did the best job of feeding hundreds of people at one time. People were lined up down the block! The pizza was awesome too! The atmosphere was beautiful. People were very upbeat. I really believe Pizza Factory in Gustine was instrumental in helping a grieving town to begin healing from a terrible event. Well done Pizza Factory!

It's a great place to throw a party because they have good party packages. Pizza and breadsticks and sandwiches are awesome. I really enjoy coming here and getting salad bar. But they never have any specials and it's very pricey. Would give five stars if they actually had specials.

Pizza and buffalo wings are delicious. Customer service could use some work. Ordered some potato wedges and buffalo wings before high school students typically come in to eat lunch. Waited for about, 15 min. A rush of high school students came in thereafter and were being served promptly. I asked the young cashier how long my order would take. Without any care, looked surprised I asked and stated it would take 10min. She then found my order tag and spoke to cook. I waited about 15 min. Again went to ask about my order and stated it was almost done. By this time high school students had left and the pizzeria was almost empty. Waited about 45min total for a small pizza, buffalo wings and potato wedges Received no apology and they also didn’t seem to care. On the positive side, I was able to have a long conversation with a friend of mine while we waited. Gustine Pizza Factory, step-up your game!

Since day 1 they have always had great service. Has probably been 4-5 years since i started ordering here after Perrys consistently lacked in customer service.Many times i called perrys and asked for extra sauce only to have a cheese pie delivered. Not once has Pizza Factory failed to fulfill my order correctly When eating in, the ambiance has always been good. The dining area clean & the employees have been great.
