My first time going. The food was excellent. I had the eggs and ham the small portion or senior portions. But great service. Owners are very nice very clean dining. I will be making many trips to eat. Everything made fresh.

I had never been here before and honestly I hadn’t heard of it, but my parents took me there one night for dinner recently and I loved it!! The food was AMAZING! The staff are very kind, helpful, and attentive! It’s a very clean restaurant with nice seating with choices for indoor or outdoor seating. It was an all round great place to go and I plan to go more often now when I am in need of some dinner and I don’t want fast food. Definitely recommend for anyone!

I called on Sunday and asked what came with the chicken fried steak special. I was told it came with potatoes and toast. I ordered two but asked for a biscuit instead of toast. Paid over $31.00. we were very disappointed. There were no potatoes,. The chicken fried steak had a bad aftertaste, either bad oil or freezer burn we though Could not eat it, let alone enjoy it. The biscuit was hard like a hockey puck. The eggs were cooked well, as they were ordered. We were both still hungry after spending so much for so little. We had bought donuts once but they were heavy and horrible. We thought we would give a second chance on the food but very disappointed.

RJ'S is a restaurant that I found one morning in Gustine which was a pleasant surprise it's been good everytime we've went to have a meal, servers are polite and nice u would recommend anyone looking for a place to eat to drop by I think you would go back just like I do .

Restaurant is always clean and tidy. Server is very nice and frequently came to table to ask if we needed anything. I like when server provides extra napkins. I didn't have to ask for them.Patties made from sirloin fresh not frozen. Fries were crispy and delicious. Portions are a good size. Leave room for a donut or other pastry. Or maybe an iced coffee.Will definitely be back.

Awesome food at awesome prices. I particularly loved my NY steak and eggs. The portions are good sized, but I somehow forced myself to eat a pancake that was equally delicious.

Wow, what a difference from the donut shop that was there before. Beautiful, clean and well decorated. Food style is Americana. Fish and chips were really good. Homestyle cooking. And they have donuts.

My wife and I dropped in to check it out, we had all ready eaten but when we saw the cinnamon rolls we tried them and were surprised how good they were, and I do mean really good. My wife then ordered a coffee and an order of biscuits and gravy, the gravy was the best I've tasted, obviously homemade and the biscuits were as good as my southern mom's and grandmother's biscuits. The coffee was large, fresh and brewed to our liking. The place is clean and cosy and nicely decorated.We definitely will try their other items in the future. I'm sure we won't be disappointed.Let's all support our local businesses.

Tried their biscuits and gravy, added scrambled eggs and it was soooo delish? service was phenomenal and the place itself was super cute, with vintage vibes. Huge plus for a clean bathroom! Definitely will be back to try lunch and dinner. Reading other views on here, my opinion is some people should have a little more patience. Especially for great tasting food and service. My son also recommends the chicken tacos.Five stars all the way⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
