Stopped at the Starbucks in Santa Nella, just off the 5 freeway, and had such a great experience! The staff was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. My coffee was fresh, hot, and made just right, and I was even treated to a complimentary blueberry muffin that was delicious. The store itself is very clean, well kept, and has available bathrooms — which makes it a perfect stop for travelers. With its convenient location and friendly atmosphere, this is easily one of the best Starbucks along I-5. Highly recommend!

Cold food, coffee not up to par. Never sweet enough no matter how many packets of sugar I request. Either not stirring my coffee or ignore request for more sugar. All other Starbucks make my coffee great!

We were on our way to car week in Carmel. Stopped for some drinks and the potato bites 😋 got my drinks the girl at the drive up window complimented my ring and didn't give me the potato bites. Didn't realize it until we were 30 mins away and the traffic was atrocious so no way we were turning around to go back! Appreciated the compliment but DAMMMM I WANTED THOSE POTATO BITES 😔😤

Bella was so friendly and helpful. They seem to be struggling to get the orders out, but she was very kind and reassuring, and made sure that orders were coming out. They never got flustered, even when someone complained that they hadn’t got their coffee.
One of the WORST STARBUCKS ever! My vanilla sweet cold brew had no flavor and tasted like CRAP! My wife’s cold brew with coconut milk tasted like dried up pistachios. I normally don’t write reviews like this unless if it was that HORRIBLE or it was AMAZING (this Starbucks was a complete opposite of AMAZING!). I would rather get coffee from a gas station near by than this Starbucks location! The franchise owner needs to give up this bizness!🤦🏽🤦🏽

Food and coffee were made as expected and were tasty. It took a moment to get a straw from the barista but the team was friendly. Bathrooms were not in the best shape (soap dispenser was detached from the wall and laying on the air dryer, box of toilet seat covers were laying on the ground, opening down) but were sanitary.
