Stopped at the Starbucks in Santa Nella, just off the 5 freeway, and had such a great experience! The staff was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. My coffee was fresh, hot, and made just right, and I was even treated to a complimentary blueberry muffin that was delicious. The store itself is very clean, well kept, and has available bathrooms — which makes it a perfect stop for travelers. With its convenient location and friendly atmosphere, this is easily one...
Bella was so friendly and helpful. They seem to be struggling to get the orders out, but she was very kind and reassuring, and made sure that orders were coming out. They never got flustered, even when someone complained that they hadn’t got their coffee.
Food and coffee were made as expected and were tasty. It took a moment to get a straw from the barista but the team was friendly. Bathrooms were not in the best shape (soap dispenser was detached from the wall and laying on the air dryer, box of toilet seat covers were laying on the ground, opening down) but were sanitary.
