The most incredible family run place with amazing meats and sandwiches. This is a must stop for me on my travels and when they visit farmers markets. The creative nature of the owners and crew gives us way more options than any sausage or meat place in California. Bring a cooler when you go cause you will want to load up on all the goodies they have.

Great selection of fish, beef, pork, chicken, whether smoked, fresh, frozen, marinated. Their sausage selection is vast and all very tasty. There are very few meat companies like this left in California and this one is certainly one of my favorites. They also offer cold and hot sandwiches for your travels.

Still the best place to buy sausages. They have so many varieties that you can't go wrong on anything you pick. Also the hot sandwiches were delicious. I tried the ribeye, the linguisa and the brisket sandwiches.

Great selection of sausages and cuts of meat. Some smoked or raw and some frozen or not. Some of the sausages are smoked, but there are some left raw. Great deli selection of fresh sandwiches.
