I used to come to this restaurant all the time when I lived in this area and I am currently out here traveling for business and stopped in. It has been 15 years since I have had their carnitas and they are far and away the best carnitas I have found in all my travels, that includes mexico and el salvador. Crispy outer and flavorful inside, Perfect! For reference I travel both domestically and internationally around 100 nights per year eating all sorts of local foods.
