The folks who own and operate this place not only raise some of the best meat in the North Valley here. They cook it up, along with a lot of other good stuff, including as much local, fresh produce they can get their hands on, and create amazingly awesome food! Do yourself a favor and check 'em out. A truly hidden gem in Hamilton City, the brisket was delightful and tender, quality meat, but the best part of this place are the owners, who make you feel at home, thanks DCR Trading Post.
