Good for convenience and a cute shop but fruit quality and presentation was subpar. Very pricey for what you get. A $9 for basic fruit (strawberry and banana) and small portions. I attached a picture of how poorly the bowl was constructed. I wanted to post my bowl online but it was not aesthetic at all. I will also attached a beautiful fruit bowl from Hawaii that Acai Bar should study as a blueprint. Adding bee pollen, quality fruit, and mindful presentation would elevate these bowls. Also recommend putting “smoothie” and “bowl” on the menu at the TOP of the menu and not at the bottom because it’s not clear to the consumer.

If you are dairy-free, this place is a gem! The chocolate protein is plant-based with no whey. I am a frequent customer and have had zero issues with service or food quality. I ask a lot of questions due to my dietary needs and the staff is always helpful. My kids also love it! The smoothies are huge and the bowls also freeze well.

Love Acia Bar. Been getting the BYOB bowl since the cute camper came out. The fruit is always so fresh and cut so neatly…..absolutely loooove the granola they put in their bowls. Love the avocado toast too!! The cafe is so cute and always clean and the service is always excellent!!?

I was so excited my daughter came to visit us from LA and I wanted her to try this place she loves stuff like this . This place was awful! They made us feel so bad … They didn’t blend my smoothie & they charge us three dollars to add Chia seed to our bowl and never was added. We had a reminder her and she was very upset over that as well.. They were so mad , not sure if we were getting judged . . I don’t want to judge them off us being a different race but , They made us feel that way ! , but it was a very awful feeling today being in there, we paid a lot of money for our stuff and we just felt it wasn’t made properly and it was just sitting on the counter without even calling out our names or letting us know it was done and we had to look over to make sure our stuff was done. I gave the service zero very rude people working for this place.

Was super excited to try for the first time but experience was ruined by worker that took our order. It seemed like we were an inconvenience to her and then proceeded to aggressively place the acai bowls on our table. Didn’t get a name or I would include it, she did have a septum. Not sure if she was having a bad day but customer service was not good and that’s being said from someone who works in customer service daily
