I was about ready to give up on Applebees.. horrible food and service past 3 times.. this time though.. the server was good for it being busy. The food was hot and fresh and the drinks were strong and delicious. I will give it another chance at this location only. BEST Applebees Ive been to.

We were just here the host was about to sit us down another server or employee came in stooped her told her we need to wait because there was not servers we waited but see them playing there were tables and also servers we left immediately another couple going they were sitter right away another couple got sitted while we were out of the parking lot my husband was wearing an Ariat Mexican flag cap and the hostess that stopped that other hostess from sitting us down was white look us us different like we did not belong

You must have to know someone who works at Applebees to get good service here. Manager Sabrina spent at least 30 minutes speaking to one table throughout my hour stay but went to no other tables to present herself or ask about anyone else’s visit. It was insane. The service was poor as well but when the manager can’t do her own job, it’s hard to expect anyone else to. I’ve never seen one table get such special treatment before. I will probably never return to this location.

The food is okay, but they freeze you out. The poor design of the A/C ducting system directs its cold air to the perimeter of the building. All the booths are extremely cold. The bar area has none of the huge duct registers in their area. This may be done to make customers uncomfortable, so they leave earlier and can serve more customers. I just don't go to Applebee's very often because of it being an uncomfortable environment. We hear, while dining in the restaurant, others complaining.

It was all right and it's super cold in there make sure you take a sweater and make sure you leave a tip other wise they give you a dirty look
Jose the manager is very rude. He was short with me, interrupted me, told me I can take my business elsewhere and hung up on me. Jose definitely doesn’t have the skills needed to be a manger. I understand we all have our days but sir you work with customer service do better.

Shena was very rude and unprofessional, we ordered food and we were waiting for silverware and she gave us plastic forks and before then we waited ten minutes. Me and my friend order food and Shena was rude and unprofessional.

#1. We were a small group of 9, most of us in age 80 for lunch at 2 pm.. The seating arrangement was terrible, squeezed all of us adjacent to the other few patrons. The patrons were obviously very uncomfortable, it was difficult for them to converse since we shared the same area. Not the 80 year olds were rowdy, just normal conversations. The rest of the restaurant was EMPTY. #2. Two of our group ordered the chicken taco sample dish. Both were ill that night from potentially food poisoning. I plan on calling the site manager, hopefully prevent others from the same food poisoning.
