3 cheese penne to go, live 2 minutes away food was lukewarm at best, on top of that I found a black mid length hair about 4 inches in my food. Before even finding this the noodles were undercooked (tough) and the sauce was honestly garbage. Never again. I ate 3 bites and it went straight to the trash.

Worst service ever, won’t be back while this server is on shift. Had to force contact so we could get some service. Waited for the server to make contact for fifteen minutes, took fifteen more minutes for a drink. Place was not crowded or busy. Ordered a drink and watched it sit at the bar for almost 20 minutes, while my server was outside….. and all I wanted to do was eat good in the neighborhood ?

The food was good, but the garlic mashed potatoes had very little garlic. It lacked the extra butter and sour cream that I requested, so it was dry. I had the ribeye, which was cooked good. The Mozzarella sticks were great!!

Food was sub-par considering the price. I showed up a couple minutes past my pickup time, checked in through the text and waited over 20 minutes for someone to bring my food out.
We had Nachos on Monday.My wife had chicken nachos and I had ground beef I eat three or four pieces of it and ask for a box to put it in so our server gave us both one my wife ate about half of hers took them my dog didn't like.We always got good food from there but will order nachos again.We aren't going back for now.

Today we went in for dinner and Connor G was our server. The last time we went in he was also our server. He made our experience great. He showed great hospitality and a positive attitude. Connor checked in on us a lot and made sure we had everything we needed and asked for. He went above and beyond expectation just to make sure our experience was great. He is very polite and made us feel welcomed both times we went in. Because of his hospitality and our experience we will be going to eat at that Applebees location a lot more. If I was his manager I’d give him a raise. Thank you Connor!
