Izzy is Very attentive, everything is made fresh, employees are nice. Its a small mall with not many options so im not sure why people bash the service or they fact they have to wait a little bit for a fresh prezel.

The pretzels & drinks are good, but I don't like that you're pretty much pressured & forced to tip when you use your debit/credit card. The tip amount options pop up after you scan or swipe your card & no tip option was not on there. I had to choose a tip which isn't right. All employee did was take out the pretzel from behind the glass & put it in a bag. Not a reason for me to tip :/

I've resorted to making this review because I have no access to Human recourses as an employee at this location.I'd highly recommend not spending your money at this store or applying to be employed here. The district manager Ella likes to call African American customers by the "N" word with a hard R and also likes to make fun of people who wear black and shop at Hot Topic thinking it's funny to make jobs about performing self harm and "self inflicted un-aliving". She also took away our HR department information poster so we can't report her for the things she says. Not to mention she'll fire you if you try to stand up to her, or just because she doesn't like you even if you had no disciplinary record whatsoever or if you call in sick for one shift, she'll retaliate against you and take you off the schedule completely for 1-3 weeks as punishment. This lady needs to be taught a lesson. Do not waste your time or money purchasing food from her so you can contribute to the success of an employee abuser, racist, and all around bad person in general. The store manager (her little minion) isn't any better either. She enjoys asking other employees for drugs, making fun of employees, and thinks it's fun to mess with people's lives.Citizens of Hanford, please do not waste your hard earned money here.

Went on July 6th 2023 45 minutes before they were closing, they ran out of everything and didn't make anything else, came back the next day, and they were out of the original with salt at 1:30 in the afternoon, the worst pretz place I've been to.
