I promised my 6 yr old ice cream, came in to the store usually they greet us, there was three workers, and non offered to ask nicely. Poor customer service from all 3 workers. They just looked at me, and they seemed rushed and the girl that helped me ( Jayleen) kept repeating herself “is that all “ like 3 times. I’m disappointed because getting ice cream is something everyone loves and their attitude was not ok. I asked Jayleen a question and she answered in a condescending way. Not cool at all. Baskin-Robbin’s at 553 n. 11th ave hanford ca. need better customer service! Very disappointed customer!! I will be going to the one in lemoore from now on, had great customer service!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a 9” turquoise cake with white pedals for my daughter’s birthday. When I went to pick it up, they had made a 6” light baby blue cake with white/yellow flowers. They admitted the mistake and their only solution was to give me another 6” cake. I contacted corporate and they said they would have the franchise owner contact me but after 10 day I never heard anything.

Says "order online and your order can be ready in as little as 15 mins". Makes me wait 40 minutes and there was no line at all. Waste of time for me and my family. Not trusting the app again.

The microphone is far enough from the ice cream flavor menu that it is uncomfortable to look at it while ordering. And the microphone is not very receptive, because miscommunication seems pretty common at this location. Great there's a Baskin Robbins in the area, but at what cost? Up to you.
Parking: Better to park on the street cause if you park in the parking lot with 5 cars in the drive-thru, you've pretty much wasted 10-15 min of your life waiting for someone to let you out.

Some girl named Hannah she is bad service she charges more than expected always .everytime I go in I always get charged more than what is not suppose to .for a dang brownie bowl 30$ be aware I loved this place but I will not be going back
