We had the Boston special, Pizza was pretty gross. Ingredients were canned vegetables. Sauce was bland. Crust was soggy.Also ordered wings, which were from a frozen bag. Texture was disgusting. Stay away.Beer from "Tap" was room temperature at best.

The sandwich was more greasy than i would've liked. Pizza was mediocre. The gentleman that helped us though was very nice and had awesome customer service.Parking: Its a huge parking lot which didn't ever seem to be very busy.

Placed an order online where they use DoorDash as their online ordering platform. Place this order at 6 o’clock and after placing the order called right away to add an additional pizza. The young girl on the phone told me that I had to call them back in five minutes because they were too busy to add an additional pizza to my already placed order. about 40 minutes later I get a notification saying my order was ready. I called the restaurant back and they made the pizza anyways and told me I had to contact DoorDash. I indeed contact DoorDash, and received my refund in full. Disappointed with the service. Never got to enjoy my pizza.

Worst pizza & service I ever seen! Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes but it was more like 50, I wouldn’t be as upset if the pizza was cooked, had to put it in oven when I got hm, if I wanted to cook pizza I could of went to papa Murphy, and lettuce In salad was brown. To top it off there was 5 people working and not one person spoke, and not one person was wearing gloves, these employees need to learn how to smile and greet their customers. My last visit to Boston if this is how it’s will be.

Called in an order, said it would be 25 minutes. Drive in 25 mins later to pick it up. Paid for it and they went to get the pizzas and tell me on they made the wrong size. It'll be another 25 mins. A zero on customer service. A bunch of kids playing grab ass getting nothing done.
