The food is alright but the service is a negative..the manager asked if we wanted a refill but not the waitress..🤷
The burger and fries are really good but the greasy onion rings suck and the chicken wings were still cold so they only deserve two stars..

The food was good, but the customer service was crap! The pace was dirty, I almost didn't wanna stay. You have to ask to be seated, ask for refills, napkins, straws, & then they expect a tip.

Seating took forever, and I had to move three times.. Service took forever for order. We had to sit outside because the bar smelled like old dry musty beer.. When I finally got my food, the wings were dry an.Overcook.. It's not my usual experience, but I have.
I've never been to this restaurant

Last night we tried getting seated when we walked in but it was crazy packed. We got told it was a 45 min wait time, no big deal. We got there at 6 pm and got seated at 6:55. No one came to get our drink order or check on us until 7:10 and given it was a holiday (veterans day) I get it, it’s crazy.. however when 6 other tables with 2-4 people are getting their food & drinks AFTER we got seated is unacceptable. We sat in the bar area and our waitress got to us about drinks and had a hard time grasping our drink order (two dr peppers, water & stary) she repeated it twice and got it wrong both times. We ordered our food at the same time as our drinks and after I think it was another 10 mins the only thing that came out was the drinks and chicken sandwich and 5 mins later was my grandmas burger, then my husbands 20 piece wings and then my daughters plain cheeseburger! all came out 5-8 minutes apart from each other. We called the manager over and when he did all of a sudden our waitress appeared and interrupted the manager asking if anything was okay and can she get us anything else & if the food was good, which I told her we don’t need anything else and then she proceeded to tell me where the ketchup was at after I had just set it down while she was watching me put it down lol. The manager took off the wings and gave a 15% discount on our tab which I was thankful for but for me, nothing got solved. The manager didn’t even know why the other tables that got seated & their waiter & drinks after us either lol anyways, we ended up leaving at almost 9 pm. I’m not from the area so I won’t be back but after reading other reviews I wouldn’t go back ? (Older woman with glasses & blonde was our server)

I ordered a special of 20 piece of wings with fries on line. The wings were overly cooked and fries were to hard. I will not consider coming back tbh. I'll stick to wing stop.

Came here with my girlfriend because we haven't gone in a while & honestly we were reminded why we haven't.
We first got seated & nobody came to our table for at least 30 minutes so we just sat there looking dumb.
Once we finally got our food they gave us the wrong flavor. My girlfriend asked for Spicy Garlic but it tasted like straight up buffalo sauce so we kindly asked to have it switched for what we ordered but when they brought it out again it tasted like they just gave us the same wings but instead ones that were sitting for hours. It was very dry & crunchy.
All in all, whoever was in the kitchen this day needs to be fired asap. I would rather have frozen wings from the grocery store.

Very poor experience tonight. Went there with five people at nine for buy1 get 1 boneless wings. The place was only about half full and it took us 30 minutes before we met our waiter. First, my wife’s drink was completely forgotten about and I had to go to the bar to get her one. then my wife and I’s food shows up cold. My buddy only gets half of his order, it is also barely warm. Another friend gets a nice hot meal and our last friend’s order is forgotten about completely. By the time we get done eating, the waiter shows up again with a check and our friend still doesn’t have his food. The check is completely messed up, the waiter is incompetent, we had to get the manager involved on a few occasions. By time we left, we were in the establishment over an hour and 45 minutes and have no desire to go back

Went to BWW - Hanford, tonight and overall experience was not good. Walked into the store at 4:55, seated immediately. Our waitress got our app and drinks order quickly. Appetizers and drinks came out almost immediately, but each of our (3) 10 piece wings came out at completely separate times. First 10 piece came out very cold, second 10 piece came out fine but about 5 minutes later. The third 10 piece came out at least 15 minutes after the first order was dropped off. The rest of my party was done eating by the time mine came out. We ended up just taking the last 10 pc. to go. Luckily the manager did comp that 10 pc, as well as one of the appetizers. Which we were grateful for. Our waitress was good, but i feel if im paying for a $5 soda i would like it to be refilled at least 2-3 times. Only got it refilled once. Which means essentially she did not check on us nearly enough. Overall probably will not be visiting BWW in hanford anymore, considering our last experience was very similar. The store was not crowded enough for the kitchen or staff to take as long as it did.

They close at 1am I came in at 12 and they already shut the bar down and not making any food on the grill I just feel if it’s like this just close early was disappointed that I was limited when I came in.
