Just visited this quint destination BWW here in town. Stopped by just to check the place out and get a vibe as I stumbled upon a fight I was hoping to see (on TV) haha and I was surprised at just how welcomed I felt by the staff! All of the gals were kind, but I have to say Dakota stood out in terms of hospitality! He welcomed us in, got us bar top table and we started chatting a bit. I told him I’m new to the beer scene and asked if there was anything he could recommend, or if he could give me a short impromptu “run down” of what they had to offer as far as verity goes. He was an over achiever and not only explained their tap menu quickly (whilst keeping a special focus on beers similar to my interest) but actually brought a baby tray of shot glasses with various types of beers for me to try, to help explore my palate. This was very meaningful to me, as I have never gone beer tasting before, and I really only know the one beer that I like! Now I’ve discovered a few more to add to the list, and I have a better understanding of this beautiful beer world! Haha
Long story short, he and this “petite” (in terms of BWW common size) restaurant have gained some happy clientele. Honestly the size of this stop is naturally fitting with our small town, it feels more “homey” this way which I appreciate. Definitely a much appreciated touch of uniqueness for this large franchise.

Ordered through door dash they claim they make it fresh but when I got the food the fries tasted rubbery and like they've been sitting out for a long time and burger was dry. I've been in restaurant business most of my life and I know when food has been sitting out longer than it should have been. We went there once before and loved it but this experience not so much.

Our family has come here multiple times, and every time our service is not the best. I understand being under staffed and it being packed. It took almost 20minutes for us to get a order in for drinks. Every time I look over at a manager they are just leaning against a wall talking to an employee. This always happens in the bar area. I look over at our server who is trying to catch up on the drink orders at the bar with no manager in sight to help. The only reason why we keep coming back is because of the food. The server that ended up helping us was not even the server for our section. On top of all of this a women at the bar who was continuously served was obviously drunk and yelling at the bar while her friends were telling her you were being too loud. She later was throwing up in the bathroom.
It has now been two months since I first wrote this review and nothing has changed. Once again we are waiting 20 minutes from drinks at the bar. I order a drink before our food came and it never came. I ended up cancelling the drink since we were ready to go. Where is management? Hanging out at the host area as the bartender is swamped in drink orders. Our service was very nice and said sorry multiple times. It’s just sad that this contuines to happen and nothing is done.

The wings were the only thing good. The appetizers came out with the food and were horrible. The salsa was tomato sauce with a small amount of pico de gallo on the top. I had stopping going to BWW and I had forgot why, I will not try this place again. The cost for the horrible food was unjust.

Food was dry as if they were running low on sauce. Service was subpar we were not refilled on any of our drinks. Was not a busy night either.
Appetizer for $12 for four additional people is a $3 you must finish both items to get your second order on a receiving a three-dollar charge when we got our second appetizer order food with delicious I got the one that came with six Buffalo boneless my wife order her Burger but the sauce that came with the appetizer for the onion rings the sauce for the onion rings taste like car Juniors Ranch that comes with the burger overall everything was good just the ranch their service need to pay more attention to us or when I went empty on my drink I had to get his attention or overall not bad please if you really look to take somebody out on a first date I'm impressing someone I don't think this would be the place the food my wife and all of us got one out of 10 out of Greece I'll give it about a 6:00 take one out of 10 I give that a 5:00 the sauce the cheese sticks was the bomb but the sauce for the onion rings I gave that a two out of 10 that was bad

The food is alright but the service is a negative..the manager asked if we wanted a refill but not the waitress..🤷 The burger and fries are really good but the greasy onion rings suck and the chicken wings were still cold so they only deserve two stars..
