Came in and these people were working hard! A lady was about to be off her shift and saw people came in and she manned the register. These people are hard workers! Turn two style! The employees create a great work atmosphere. We waited for two minutes and the manager was very apologetic and helped us right away! Hot food 5 stars! Service 100, so 5 stars! Jams were blasting from speakers Tone Tone Tone…hot fries in the kids hands so it’s gotta be 5 stars! Thank you BK!

Worst burger king out here. Seriously don't go to this they have very sensitive management. I know how management works most of these "good reviews" are probably by the same employees. I worked at burger kings enough to know how they get the so called "good reviews."

Took them half an hour to get a kids meal out. The food was not fresh. After all that time they took running around like headless chickens. They still forget to give us the cookie and cup.

Burger King has gone down hill big time. The last few times the burger bun was soggy. Probably cheaper beef. Less lean more fat. Can't dine there any longer.

Walked in and ordered, order was taken by a "new" employee who could care less and seemed under the influence, was overcharged for items we didn't order along with the many incorrect items received. Started speaking to someone to rectify this, realized no one was wearing gloves or taking any precautions, a worker there walked by with a starbucks and a little caesars pizza box, then a person named Rylee who exclaimed "I'm the manager by the way!" interrupted and refused point blank to fix the issue. She was extremely unpleasant and confrontational, made excuses, said these things happen, but according to the reviews on here, this is a common occurrence with this restaurant. I doubt BK supports this treatment of customers and it's clear they don't practice food safety, so will be reporting them. When we demanded to be refunded the inappropriate charges, this "manager" dropped my cash in front of me. Whenever we've driven through our wait times have been excessive, our last visit the tables were unclean as well, so we will not be returning here and I urge you to consider a different option as the practices here could be dangerous to public health.

Really nice people at the window. Not super fast service, but one of the faster BK’s I’ve been to. Main problem is that the water has a strong taste of chemicals/cleaners.

Specifically ordered a plain hamburger and they got it all wrong. Long wait thru drive thru, and even asked is it a plain hamburger. They can’t even get it right.

Customer service here is horrible. The female manager is worse with a look of disdain every time. Plus I was missing items and some were cold.

fast food workers want liveable wages and demand an obscene amount of money for minimum wage. meanwhile, they cannot slip a slice of cheese into a sausage, egg and cheese croissantwich... TRASH!!!

If there's one thing I can count on is food not being hot at this place. My 2yr old doesn't like hot food and I get him a plain cheeseburger here every time and he can eat it straight after getting it. The cheese doesn't even melt. That would be something bad for 99.99% of customers though.
