I want to start off by saying we love this place, they offer some of our favorite burgers. I haven’t had any complaints. I had an issue with our order today. I took it back to the store and will say that the staff provided excellent customer service! This was on 6/25/25 at 9:00 pm. We will definitely continue coming back!

Awful service waiting at the ordering drive thru for 15 min!!! To just get my order taken then gave me food that was just soggy and nasty so expensive and not worth it!!! They’re Rude always in a bad mood!!! From beginning to end my order took 45 min!!!

I sometimes stop by after work 4am-5am after a long 12hr shift. All I want is to get home, eat and rest. Sadly just recently it seems they changed staff and the individual on the drive thru has gotten my order messed up multiple times. I'm sorry, but I am asking for too much? "All I want is lettuce, tomato, ketchup and cheese." That's it, no mayo, no sauce, no pickles, nothing else. Yet, my order keeps getting screwed. I sometimes have no choice but to just ask for PLAIN/ DRY. At that point... Let's be honest that's not a burger anymore. Double check your food before leaving the premises. I hope things get better, but for now I'll be taking a break. Good luck
