I went with my wife and daughter and enjoyed the food everything was delicious. Brenden was our server and he was great went above and beyond to make sure our lunch was perfect. Did not even have to ask for a re fill on drinks or any sides he was on top of everything excellent customer service I’ll definitely be coming back .

My family and I went yesterday for lunch the food was delicious and the service was very friendly and welcoming 🙌🏼 my daughter is a picky eater and she really enjoyed her meal so that was amazing! We’ll definitely be going again soon!!

I was here yesterday, As soon as I walked in the service was impressive, from the hostess all the way up to the manager. The wait time on the food was not as long as I expected due to how busy they were, very fast and efficient. Everyone was really polite and professional with a smile on their faces, I would recommend this Chili’s to my friends and family!

Had a pleasant dining experience at Chili’s. The ambience is ideal for family group gatherings. Service is great. Short wait time and bottomless refills. The surf and turf plate was the best way to end a long day at work. Their steaks are also tender and juicy. Satisfied customer.

We came here around 5pm. Was told it was a 15 minutes wait. But the people at the front working decided to sit two different groups immediately while we wait. If my kid was an issue they should have said something but they didn't and apologize when I decided to walk out. What are you apologizing for you're discrimination?

Unfortunately, it's a disappointing meal tonight. I got the 3 for Me meal deal. The chicken crispers were dry and tough. The white cheddar mac and cheese was very runny. For dessert, I got the skillet cookie. The cookie was like a giant chips ahoy. Cold and hard. The service was great and at least the chips and salsa was good...

today at around 1230 i walked into Chili's (Hanford). I was seated and waited around 15 minutes before i was asked and given a refreshment. The waitress arrived and asked what i wanted to drink. A lady and a young girl were seated before me. I told the waitress the lady and the young lady arrived before me and she should ask them first. The waitress seemed annoyed when i told her. So i sat for another 20 minutes, at least with my drink. they received their food and i hadn't been asked by the same waitress for my order. So i got up and talked to who seemed to be a supervisor and told him the situation and just wanted to pay for my drink. He seemed apologetic and said i didn't have to pay for the drink. I told the manager nicely that service could improve.

We only went here because Applebee's was too busy to seat us. Boy were we surprised. Got me a steak and an appetizer to share with the hubby on our date night and it was cooked perfectly. <3
