Good ice cream. Only problem i have there is deciding what to get. Service was ok. Dine in area is very small. But ice cream does make up for it.

The wait was no longer than a coupleOf minutes. The employees were super kind and quick. I do wish the place was a little bigger, it's was super busy and it was a bit loud. The ice cream itself was delicious, I have the cheesecake and hubby had the banana caramel crunch and his so delicious! I definitely would recommend them to anyone who loves ice cream!

Staff is inconsiderate. Whatever female was working on 7/19/2023 @ 4pm was dismissive. The ice cream flavor we wanted had 2 other flavors in it and she started to scoop one of the flavors out. We asked if she was going to get orange flavor out of the mint and she replied, "it's just ice cream"... well if the orange flavor ice cream makes me throw up, it isn't just ice cream to me, lady. Terribly customer service.

Please clean the stone. The last couple of times we have been here you mixed the last guys ice cream into ours. My wife did not enjoy her peanut butter laden berry ice cream.Other than that the prices are kinda high but the ice cream is tasty. Too bad there is no Superior Dairy anymore.

We don't offen go to coldstone because it will make us fat, but when we go it is delicious. They have mastered the art of ice cream. I got the peanut butter perfection with marshmallows and a chocolate waffle bowl! Yummy!

My son liked the ice cream . Service was worse than usual . I went to the Hanford location on 6/3/2023 at 14:32. Two girls were working . It was loud and I couldn't hear the girl very well . She seemed to say " we don't do that " for everything my son asked for ( he's 5).. so I said okay just make something that you guys do . I got a 50 dollar gift card . I just wanted to leave and never come back . I was going to order ice-cream for myself but decided against it because I didn't want to deal with the service more than I had to . Not the worst service experience, but definitely not greatest . Will skip next time .

me and my friends went yesterday and we had an absolutely horrible experience with a worker. her name was VANESSA. she had HORRIBLE customer service. she had so much attitude towards all the customers that were there while we were there. worst worker there!! you guys need to fire her or you guys will lose business
