Some people love and some people hate Costco. Just like everywhere else. Each has their reasons for their opinion. I have reasons that support both sides of the equation. I'm sure many others agree. But I just wanted to say, "Costco dues are worth paying just so you can buy their rotisserie chicken"

Came here because of the attendant for assistance. I have mobility issue due to below knee amputation and use a walker which makes it difficult to fuel up with a walker between pump and truck. Both times I've come (Oct and this month Jan) it is not busy and I've have used the lane closest to the booth , but attendants are both in the booth, appear to be playing on phones. Did the "honk horn to get help", other customers looked over but neither attendant even looked up from their phone. In Oct struggled and pumped gas myself because I was very low on fuel, this time I just left after waiting almost 10 minutes for any response with no one ever looking up and out the window... .

Very unprofessional staff members. Low class lady that works the front end, who's always dressed like a wannabe forever 21 employee needs a reality check. Her or "might be a him" is always rude. Managers are too relaxed "if you know what I mean" with her.

I went to the membership service desk to make sure my Costco card was still valid because I received an email with instructions to get a new card. The person at the membership desk confirmed that the card was valid and then he asked if I wanted to upgrade to executive level for an additional $30. I declined and thanked him. I went back to my basket to check out and when the clerk scanned my card some kind of alert popped up, so she called another store person over to look at the screen. After he looked at whatever was on the screen he asked me if I wanted to upgrade to executive. I said no and that I already told the membership guy that I was not interested. This clerk then said it looked like I was spending more money than usual and that I should consider the upgrade. I told him no again, then I paid and started walking away. He followed me insisting that I upgrade and rudely said that he was trying to help me make an educated decision. I was getting embarrassed and upset so I sharply told him no again and continued walking out the exit. I usually don't let much bother me, but I felt like I was harassed. After I got home, I called the store and spoke with Mike, the manager and explained what happened. He then too went into the same pitch about the upgrade! It took some extra grace to stay calm. At the end of the call he did apologize for the behavior of the other clerk. I'm still not okay about the experience. I have been a Costco member for a long time but the behaviors of the guys at the Hanford location made me feel disrespected and unheard. I will never go back there.

I was visiting family in town for the week and needed a few things! I live in Vegas and I'm so used to traffic and congestion at my local Costco. That wasn't the case here at all. The parking lot was a breeze to get in and out of. I visited multiple times at different times of the day and still no traffic. Customer service was quick and friendly at the register. And seriously props to the gas station located on the side of the building. No wait!!!!!!! I love this!!!!!!!! $4.69 for regular unleaded when I was there at the end of August.

Worst customer service coming from the store manager there, his name was Jose and he was the one standing in the podium across self checkout registers. I was checking out with a Ninja blender that was listed for 49.97, which made me pick it up at that price and so did other people at that same time. When checking out it ranged up for way more I explained to him that it was listed for way less and he said there was no way, I showed him a picture that I took of it and he mentioned it was the wrong price that was accidentally listed there. I advised him that was misleading people because I had already seen couple people grab one including myself. I asked him to honor that price and he refused in the rudest way saying thats not the price and that it had already been changed, but when I picked it up that was the price that was there and when i was at the register and ranged up for more I went to where i got it and took a picture to show him that and he refused. All he did was make a sign and had someone go change the price right away. There was more people with that item checking out and he was the rudest to them too saying no way that was the price but yet again thats what was there. People if you want great customer service its worth the drive to go to fresno or visalia AVOID HANFORD COSTCO, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THERE WELL ATLEAST THE PERSON IN CHARGE DOSNT!!!!!!

My husband and I were in Hanford with my grandson and his teammates for a baseball tournament on July 22,2023.Our van's tire pressure light went on. We went to the tire department to see if we could get help with this issue. We would like to recognize and give a big THANK YOU SHOUT OUT to Mark and Ethan for checking the tire pressure on all four tires for us even though it was closing time.We truly appreciate the GREAT customer service Mark and Ethan provided for us.Grateful Costco customers.

Love going to Hanford Costco but as i was doing self checkout some worker just took my card out my hands make sure it was me , she did that to nobody other then me ! Very unpleasing and rude

It's Costco. What's not to love. This location is well stocked and clean. The gas lines are not too crazy and I've been here at different times of the day. Love their fresh items and the to go food. Chicken bake is my go to.

Rude staff. The guy actually yelled at me to hurry up at the check out and that I was making others wait BUT THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE IN LINE. I can't remember ever being yelled at in any store, and I am 68 years old. I was stunned - did not get his name. HE SHOULD BE FIRED

If you like to be treated really rudely if you dare ask to remove an item, dare to say hello, or even dare to breathe while standing in line, make sure to find cashier Michelle. She will make sure to share her misery of life with you every single time she's there never fails.

Well stocked and great prices! Only thing is, i wish they would let potential customers tour before purchasing a membership, however they will refund your money if you decide not to purchase.

This Costco is always clean, the employees and the food demonstrations are great! The food demo staff are always friendly, welcoming you with a smile and a sample. They can even help you locate food products in the store.
