Very messy to eat. I asked for take out and was given a bag of greasy liquid along with the crab-shrimp contents. I had to pick out the items and then carry the bag outside to the garbage before it spilled all over. The items were covered in the liquid making it difficult to eat without dripping all over me.

Was mislead about my wait time and ending up waiting about 40 minutes. Overpriced food which luckily a former worker had told me how to order it cheaper. They have good food just bad service and way overpriced.

Misleading Wait Time and Poor Customer Service
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with your store. I had scheduled a pick-up order for 7:20 PM and called ahead at 5:15 PM to see if it could be ready sooner. I was told to expect a 30-35 minute wait, which I agreed to. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my order wasn't even started and I would have to wait an additional 30-35 minutes. Despite explaining the prior phone conversation, I was left waiting, and to make matters worse, I saw customers who placed and paid orders while I was waiting that received their orders right after. At 7:10 I was informed that the kitchen had run out of butter causing a further delay. When I asked when would it be expected to be ready I was told they could not give me a time. If I had known the true wait time, I would have adjusted my schedule accordingly, and had waited but due to the whole situation I ended cancelling a $200 order. And unfortunately, due to this awful experience I will not be placing any future orders.

$50 plus seafood boil came with no crab in it, the crawfish were tiny and tasted old, the eggs tasted old, the shrimp were overcooked, and the muscles were dirty and had black stuff on the inside of them. It was just overall nasty. I called to have it remade or to have a refund and they said no. I had to drive back up there, drop it off at the counter and the charge dispute it with my bank. And why is it over $5 to get your shrimp headless? If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My gawd my gawd. I love sea food! But I am really picky about my sauce. This place did not disappoint. I got 1/2 lb bag of shrimp and added potatoes and corn. I got the mild sauce. Amazing. The sauce was perfection. I wish it was more in the bag. Finger licking good! Will return. I would take a picture but I ate it so fast all that’s left is shells and a bag lol.
