The service and hospitality was so special I thought it was family owned! The girls that prepared our order were very attentive to our questions and requests, so much so that I thought they were related and this was a family business! ?

Haven't been to Dickey's in a long time, but decided to stop today (1/14), and I can say things have massively improved. From the customer service that made us feel welcomed and attended to, the food hit the spot. Definitely will be coming back here again and again.

I received such GREAT customer service today! Just good customer service is hard to come by these days, and tonight this young lady took the time to find a creative replacement for me that I didnt even know existed! I went in really craving the loaded potato they have and I was so bummed when she told me that they were sold out of baked potatoes.
