Ordered was told 35 mins, went in at 45 minutes. My food was not even started yet. Was told 15 to 20 more minutes. Cause it was in the oven. So I asked to clarify it's in the oven or hasn't been made? They then answered it wasn't even started yet. Canceled my ordered waisted my time.

I can’t believe they tell you on the website a time for pickup yet when you get there they haven’t even started prepping our pizzas to bake. Then all they said about that is that the website dos t take Into account that they are busy, hello well it definitely should. It took 30 plus more minutes past the time given for us to get our pizzas.

Domino’s Pizza used to be OK but now I don’t know what’s going on with them. They tell you one price and they charge your card another price. I experienced this three times already.

Ordered at 6:19 pm stated it would be 50 minutes, tracker usually is pretty accurate and most I’ve waited on long days is an hour. Waited until 7:19 tracker still said it would be another 50 minutes and that it was still in “prep” phase not even baking yet. Drove up there was told it would be ten more minutes. Not judging the workers I know it’s Friday and busy but how does the tracker continue to say the same thing hours in? AND you don’t offer red peppers and Parmesan cheese anymore?

I placed a large order. Spent almost $60. They said, when I placed my order they had coke. So I ordered coke. I had ordered breadsticks. I wanted mariarinara sauce. The man taking the order failed to order the sauce. When they brought my order they came with orange soda said that’s all they had. But they said they had coke when I placed my order. Also they sent no sauce with the 2 orders of breadsticks. I called and they sent more breadsticks but refused to send sauce. They also didn’t send coke cus we took the orange soda. However, I was told they had coke when I placed my order. Very Very dissapointed with them. A good business would send me coke, breadsticks and sauce. I need to go elsewhere for my pizza from now on.😔😔😔

This location sucks ! They just make customers waist there time they are very unprofessional workers even the mangers! I had ordered a pizza online said it was ready I go and pick it up. They say it’s gonna take 20 minutes later because they’re barely gonna put it in the oven. I come back 20 minutes later and it’s not in the oven yet they’re barely we’re gonna make it and I start complaining about how they’re wasting my time coming back-and-forth and them saying false information to a customer that is not true about the wait time and they offer to cancel my order instead of offering a good service!!!

She answered and said they haven’t event started to get my food ready? That it would be an additional 30mins? Online said my order would get delivered in 18-29 minutes this is so frustrating and unprofessional

The app said the pizza was ready and when I went to pick it up they said it was in the oven so I had to wait like 10 more minutes. Once I payed they wanted me to pay again after my card had gone through. This is ridiculous.

I ordered delivery and the website said it was delivered but it wasn’t. It didn’t show up for another 20 mins. I called the store and they just made up some stupid lie. When I finally got my food stuff was missing. I asked for forks for my pasta, no forks. I ordered the cinnamon twists with icing, no icing. Who wants to eat those without icing?? Ridiculous! I spent a lot of money to end up getting it late and have stuff missing.
