This place i always get a large and they are the skimpiest place ever i do not ask for no ice i order regular and always its literally half the cup. At this point charge me for the small if its going to be this portion

Food experiences here are unpredictable—sometimes it's a hit, other times it's a miss. Sandwiches often come out burnt or only lukewarm, and drinks are seldom crafted well. When customizing beverages, the sugar or sweetener tends to settle at the bottom, making each sip less enjoyable. The bathrooms are rarely clean or well-stocked, adding to the disappointment. I usually stop by this place for work, but lately I’ve made the decision to look for a better spot elsewhere. .

Did a mobile order & went thru the drive thru to pick it up . As I approach the speaker , not very welcoming & literally just said “ go ahead “ . Not only did I order donut holes assorted but I got all blueberry . Would have been better if I was told so .

One worker was on break so I didn’t wanna bother her but the other two employees were in the back too busy talking to see nor hear me hollering for their attention. After many attempts the worker on her break had to come over and grab me straws. She was on break she should not have had to stop her meal so she can do the job those other two employees should have done.

Enjoyed a sweet treat at Dunkin’ Donuts. They have a wide variety of donuts and coffee flavors. Staff are very helpful and point out their best sellers. The caramel iced macchiato and Boston kreme donut were top picks this morning. A slice of avocado toast made the treat even better.

Stopped by and picked up 2 coffees and a strawberry something drink. It was good. Dude working the counter was very nice ans quick taking and preparing our order.. I just find it ridiculous to charge .50 more for an iced coffee.. its literally frozen water.. I know they all do it, its still a scam.
Hot sandwiches were barely warm. The sourdough bread wasn't toasted and seemed slightly stale. Waited about 8 minutes for 2 sandwiches (hot ones) . Nobody in drive-thru, not sure why this visit was a complete waste of time, other visits are pretty great. Bummer.

I've only been there twice. Each time I drove away with a glazed donut, because they '..no longer..' made my 1st choice. One request was for a chocolate cake donut with coconut. Pretty basic. Their glazed are heavy, almost cake-like, with little flavor other than sugar.

It is crazy how a donut shop doesn’t have donuts. And dunkin donuts app is not helpful, do not use. Just don’t buy from them. You will only get frustrated!
I ordered online for pick up. When I showed up, they told me they do not have donuts for the day and asked me to come back the next day. I was like “i ordered today because I need the food today, not tomorrow!” And they were like “well, we can’t do anything about it. Cancel it on the app”. So I tried looking for a cancellation or refund option online, but guess what? There is no option for it. You have to choose AI chat and get ticket for it. Dunkin donut customer representative did email me after but only offered 500 pts and no refund. I ended up filing for a dispute.
