This Dunkin was experiencing a donut shortage. They were out of most donuts and said it was and on going issue. The workers laughed about it. I got coffee and will not be back.

I made a mobile order for a lemonade refresher & when I arrived an older lady at the drive through was very rude while telling me to make sure I know what I order before I order it because I didn't select lemonade or tea. I triple checked & I did in fact order a lemonade. I also asked for a couple of ketchups & she only gave me 1 packet. I'm a frequent Dunkin customer & have never once been talked to like I was an idiot. Customer service needs improvement.

The girl who helped me was not polite nor was she pleasant she had attitude and was rude. she put all but two of the six donuts I ordered incorrect in the box she up charged every donut 50 cents. The pricing menu said half a dozen for 10 dollars something cents. The menu pricing did not say only certain donuts were included in that price and it should because that’s false pricing. Also I asked for 2 maple bars I got one maple and one chocolate I was standing at the counter ordering no other customers in the place she didn’t repeat in question form about 2 maple bars and still did it wrong and three other donuts I did not order were in the box the ones I did order were not. How can you get it wrong when I say 2 maple bars she puts them in the box then I say one bear claw she puts that in the box and so on. How do u mess Thur up so bad? I truly believe they purposely mess up the orders and think it’s funny. And why is there never any response to any of the reviews from management or owner. THis should tell u something. The place needs to be shut down or needs replacements for the currant. employees . I will never go back not to just this hanford location but any Dunkin as they all represent each other being a chain. The quality food like so little frosting the whole donut was visible through frosting on all of them tells all. RIP OFF

The Dunkin in Hanford is terrible. Everything I go they mess up my order, the food is cold or has been sitting out for a while. I don't know how many times I would say my order. Repeat it and get something totally different. Just check your order before you leave the window. And they don't like to give out napkins either.
