The music choice of Rap is not it for dunkin. I am a fan of rap, but a public place where young kids may be sitting down with their families is not smart.

System was down to order at the drive thru which is fine, so had to go to window to order. Woman who took order was rude when I was trying to use my app for my rewards. Then asked for a straw and had window shut on me, then when asking for it again the other woman had attitude for no reason. Even with the sign stating “ask for a straw at window”. This has not been the first time I’ve had bad customer service. Coffee is good but sometimes not worth the bad energy from workers.

We went in to grab a few donuts and maple bars. We were told there's a 50 cent up charge for each maple bar, which amounted to buy 3 but pay for 4. the young lady that helped us was very nice but unfortunately didn't know why there was an extra charge. We decided not to buy anything and go to Donut King.
Dunkin' is the best. So many kinds of tasty and fresh donuts and many varieties of coffee, both iced and hot.This store has a drive-thru, counter service and an ordering kiosk (which I used today).This morning I treated myself to 2 iced coffees, a donut, and some munchkins. I am on vacation and the closest Dunkin to me is in the next state.Ordering was easy on the kiosk and I enjoyed taking my time as I can be indecisive about many things.My order was filled promptly with a friendly smile.

I love them but they have messed up my order a few times. Everyone is always so nice. Only thing is I wish they had shade over the drive thru where the menu is. The sun is right in your eyeballs when ordering in the morning.
