Went through the drive through previous times and never had an issue picking up the drink I placed through mobile ordering through the drive through up until tonight. Got my drink tonight and it was extremely disappointing and melted. Hope it gets better in the future.

Everytime I come here the service is slow, the employees are rude with an attitude or my drink is made incorrectly.

Today September 29th around 9:50am I was waiting in line for a long time. A car in the other line pulls up after me and the employee goes to that persons car before mine. I roll my window down and say “hey I was waiting here first” and she ignores me. Then after she finally comes to my car she didn’t greet me with a nice attitude. I don’t appreciate that at all. I asked for a strawberry lemonade matcha which should come out GREEN like on the website but instead I got a BROWN drink that looks like tea. I asked the employee who brought me my drink why is it brown and he said “because green matcha and strawberry makes brown” but on the app it shows a GREEN drink. I’ve never had problems like this at any other Dutch bros but for some reason whenever I come to the HANFORD location there’s always a problem. No I didn’t go back and ask them to remake it because I don’t trust that they would make it correctly. I will no longer be giving my hard earned money to this location.

Had a wonderful experience at Dutch Bros. Their blended coffee is amazing. Perhaps the best way to craft an iced coffee drink. The Double Torture became an instant favorite. Staff are friendly and provide excellent service.

I placed an online order today for my lunch, I was exited to try the NEW seasonal drink. Was very disappointed the drinks look nothing like the picture look like straight throw up. So I went back to this location let them know that my drinks taste horrible. I just wanted to get them replaced. And I got attitude from the girl at the window with the short black nails and sunglasses. I’m a regular customer who gets the same drink 3 times a week and all of sudden according to her my drinks have been out of stock for 2 Christmas. Very dissatisfied I didn’t want nothing for free I paid for my 2 drinks. Instead I got throw up and horrendous and bad customer service

They ladies and staff at Dutch absolutely made my morning this morning! Decided to try something new and take the Barista's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised with a free drink! Not only that, the original drink got messed up but sounded interesting too so they let me have that one too 🥹 Absolutely made this mamas morning!

This is the second time that they have done this. I always order a vampire slayer with whip parfait or my newest favorite is the Pina colada with lemonade and both blended. Some girl didn’t even do my drink at all correctly and gave a rebel version of the vampire slayer and I let it slide.

But, today was horrible service. I don’t know if these young people understand how customer service works, or they prefer drinks a certain way than, what the customer requested but, I don’t know. Decided to order a Pina colada lemonade again and it was odd that the guy that was taking my order told me he only out pineapple and coconut but not with the strawberry fruit on top of it. Was confused but he told me ‘that’s their own version’. Let it slide and drove up to the window anyways.

When they gave us our drinks, there was no strawberry fruit on top of the Pina colada and when told the driver through girl, they just poured the strawberry toping all mad and didn’t apologize for the mistake at all. They all looked frustrated and annoyed when I told them that drink was wrong. But I am not coming back to this location.

The one in Fargo has way nicer staff.

I used to go to this location all the time. As of recently, they’ve really been lacking..
I ordered a large carmelizer with 4 espresso shots & when I tasted my drink, I could tell it didn’t have any extra espresso, yet the lid was marked as if it did.
I’ve bought drinks with no espresso & with lots of shots, so I know the flavor profile of both. If they charge you for extra espresso, the extra espresso in the coffee is expected!
Not to mention, this is the second time this has happened as of recently…so I’m gonna venture to say that this is a new hire doing this. Won’t get drinks from this location anymore. They need to do better!
