I recently visited this restaurant after my go to restaurant closed down. It was my absolute favorite New Star in Visalia. I am very picky when it comes to Chinese food and I have to say Dynasty food is great! Definitely my new go to for Chinese food !!
Ok i don't know who or what wonderful. Person cooks the food but mann this place made me fall in love . i live a hour away but look forward to the next hours my chocolate butt is going to drive back. Here had house fried rice spicy and then add gravy wow. Ok then walnut shrimp it came hot hello delicious big portion that's why I'm in love LOL
