This has to be the worst polllo loco, every time I order with Uber Eats the order is missing items. And if I go eat there, there is never enough chicken made and they always make me wait 10 to 15 min extra just to cook chicken. Worst store ever, management not doing its job.

Terrible service. First I had a coupon for free chips and guacamole, so I told them if it went thru since they scanned my app. Young lady at the window said yes but they still charged the same amount and didn’t honor the coupon. Secondly, down in the picture below is what they gave me for my order. I asked for no rice add lettuce. Had it before in other pollo locos and never had a less than half bowl filled with almost no lettuce, no pico de gio, and like 4 sad chicken pieces.

Over priced, small portions. Poor quality cheese and meat. Meat is dry and they give you such a small amount.
We ordered Tortilla soup, Chips and queso, and Original pollo loco. They forgot to mention that they were out of beans and tortilla chips. They tried to substitute churros for the chips. There was no tortillas or beans in the tortilla soup or pollo loco. What a disappointment. I wish they would have posted what they were out of and I would have ordered differently.

I feel the need to leave a review so that Jessica the cashier can get recognition. I come here often and the times I’ve had her as the cashier she is always very friendly and gets the orders out quickly. (Usually when they have other cashiers they take a good amount of time to call orders out.) Today looked to be a very busy day; however, Jessica was quick with taking orders and getting them ready. Looks like she had just started her shift when I got there but she got right to work making everything run smoothly. All the times I’ve seen her there she is very good with keeping the lobby nice and clean while at the same time being attentive when customers arrive. Great Work!
