My food came out super fast and delicious. The staff was also very nice and quick with my order. I ordered a double chicken avocado salad and everything was very fresh with all salsas and dressing in the bag. 10/10

Went through the drive-thru and there was no wait time, ordered my food right away and when I got to the window, my food was ready. The gentleman helping me was polite, no problems with the service...which i usually don't have problems with the staff when coming here and I've been to this location about 5 times. Only 1 out of the five times have my dishes been satisfiable, every other time, my chicken is always dry and wrinkley, as if it has been sitting for a while. I usually get the double chicken avocado salad, but once I ordered a breast and today a 2 piece thigh and leg combo....so dry! I will not be coming to this location $14 in the garbage.

The chicken is always fresh, which Is a plus. I usually get the original chicken toastada and ask for my rice that comes in it on the side. They alway accept my request. They are friendly and quick with my order.

Drive Through. Order lacked requested sauces and dressing. Had to check bag and then ask for it. Going inside, instead of driving through, provides an easier access to checking that you get what you ordered.

Went through the drive through the night of 8-16-24 it was pretty dead. Only 1 truck in line before me. I was asked to wait a while before ordering. I ordered and when i got to the window i was waiting what seemed like forever and nobody came to the window. I just left. Is there just one person there cooking taking orders and everything or what. Don’t go to this location.

I called before my 50 dollar Postmates order to confirm they would put extra creamy cilantro because that is the only way we like to eat our food here. Not only did they not include it which made it dry and not enjoyable they also didn’t include the drink.

I come here often. The 3rd time I came here, my tostada bow had raw chicken. The cashier gave me my money back with no hesitation. Decided to give it a try 2 months later and service has been great ever since.

Worst polo loco ever. Walked in and was waiting for at least 20 minutes until someone helped me. The lady in the front saw us standing there and ignored us. Once someone finally helped us they told us the chicken still had 45 minutes. Like why not just tell us instead of having us stand there looking all stupid waiting for them. I’m not mad about the wait time I am more mad that they helped the person in front of us then completely ignored us when we were next in line. I Would never come again. First time coming here and will be my last time. Worst costumer service ever.
