Fire as usual. But I can't go again because I spent my check on a meal for me and my daughter. Lol. JP. But it was $45 for us 2. She's 6. ??♂️ The quality is there, I just can't get with the price.

I wanted to like this place, but it just rubbed me wrong and I cant recommend it. We ordered 1 little hamburger with cheese, 1 double hamburger, 1 regular fries and 1 regular drink and it came to $38. The little hamburger was all a mess and falling apart and both soda fountains were set to mix way more water than they should, tasted gross. Totally NOT worth it guys.

Other than their prices , the burgers here are pretty good . I like five guys burgers and Cajun fries . They're usually known for adding in extra fries in the bag but I was so disappointed last time we went cause the cup wasn't even filled and no extras and I even ordered an extra small side of fries for a friend and that cup was so little and again no extras . So I felt bad not getting her a bigger size when all she wanted was fries . And that was like five bucks just for her small cup of fries . I would say comparison could be close to a child's fries at McDonald's . Other than that issue , their burgers and shake was five guys standard . I like their option to have your burger in a lettuce wrap and their shake is thick thick . Lol

It's just the drink machines. For a couple of months the fountain drink machines have been at an insufficient state, but now it's at its worst.There are two machines. Many drink options are unavailable on both, and most flavor options for those choices are grayed out as well. This last time I used both, and each one spat out excessive water to syrup ratio ruining the taste of the drinks.A few weeks ago the machine somehow created a puddle on the floor. The great employees put in good effort to remedy that quickly, but it's more of a mark against the machine. Oof it's a vibe killer.

Five guys have priced themselves out of my fast food budget. $15 plus for a Jr cheeseburger , small fries and a water. Yes, the fries are very good, but I'd swear they have reduced the size of their Pattie's whilst jacking the price up in and out has a better burger but not as good fries for a WAY less $$$.

Went last week (4-6-23 at 12:59pm.) and the staff (Payton H. and others) was very helpful as I have my left arm in a cast (am also left-handed) and asked if they could put my food (which was excellent and nicely made) into a bag so I could carry it as I also walk with a cane. They were so nice that they fixed the wrapping paper around my double bacon cheeseburger and fries(can I say YUMMY! ) so it would be easy for me to eat it and put my food into a paper bag that had handles. Loved my meal and ate it all when I got home The store was clean and the staff were very friendly and made me feel special. I will be back and hope that this time I'll be able to hold my burger with both hands. Give them raises
