Horrible service, customer service sucks, not friendly and seem very racist here. My husband went on his lunch and waited forever to be greeted, however anyone of the same race as the people who worked there got a nice welcoming greeting. Due to that experience we will never be going back.

I don’t like the new owners they’re rude. They don’t let you get extra sauce, They try to tell you how you’re supposed to eat it not how you want it. They rude will never go back here again. The 2nd time from them being rude and hair was in my food smh never again

I come to Hanford occasionally to work so I wanted to try this spot out. I ordered the beef combination pho. The soup was flavorful with decent portions. Service was friendly. I would not mind coming back and trying other items on the menu.

I want to start by saying the food was amazing, as it always is, and I truly enjoy dining here. However, today’s experience was disappointing due to the service I received.
The waitress who assisted my table appeared as though she did not want to be there and consistently displayed a negative attitude whenever she approached us. Each time we asked for something, her responses felt dry and dismissive. The situation became especially frustrating when I asked for a to-go box. It was clearly visible that my sandwich was still mostly full, yet I was given the smallest box available, which made it feel as though the request was handled intentionally without care.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the quality of the food is excellent, but customer service plays a major role in the overall dining experience.

Two seconds after sitting us down the waiter asked what we wanted to drink when we didn’t respond quick enough she left. The food came before we got to order drinks. My daughter did not like the pho and did not eat it. There was not a waiter in sight to exchange it. When I finally got ahold of a waiter they told me it was too late I should have spoke up before but there wasn’t a waiter for me to do so. They offered no solution and was very rude about it! They also charged me for meat that I did not have. How is it the kids pho is more than a regular sized pho when it is half the size ?! If I could give the service negative stars I would! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Pho noodles were good. Just wish it had a bit more noodles in there. The ribs added a bit more fat than i wanted. I may order rare beef next time. Egg rolls tasted good but a bit mushy on the inside. Spring rolls were great. The plate with pork belly was delicious but my girlfriend said she was expecting the skin to be crispy. Overall great experience
2-2-26 tried the banh mi and the bread was very soft! Pho broth got better and they seem to have increased the amount of rare meat that they include! Changed to 5 stars!

Pho was delicious. I got the p3 and husband got the p2. Large bowl with lots of noods and broth. Decent protein serving.
Came here today to eat lunch with my fiance, food was good but a bit pricey. Makes us miss happy eats and their happy hour menu. The customer service wasnt good. We didnt feel welcomed like we did when it was happy eats. The white server lady that was there kept giving us bad looks for no reason. They need to work on their customer service, but the food was good , lots of meat on the bowl, didnt have to ask for extra. 👌🏽

Extremely unsanitary. Dining area is dirty. They have meat boxes defrosting on the floor with only a fan to keep them cool and bags of seafood defrosting outside with hose water. Waitresses are great. The owner/manager is extremely rude and disrespectful to his workers and customers. Ate here one time never again I was so sick afterwards. Better off making the drive to a place in Visalia

I ordered online for pick up. I recieved a text saying it would take 20-40min for an order of 2 chicken Pho. We got there 20min in thinking it definitely wouldn’t take 40 min for 2 soups. It ended up taking 55 min! The staff member told my husband he should have waited at home til we got a text saying it was ready. It was definitely a frustrating wait and when we finally got home to eat it, it was cold! Rude staff, ridiculous wait time, cold food. We will not be ordering from here again. I’m giving two stars instead of one because once I heated up the soup, it did have a good flavor to it.
