Holy Smoke BBQ in Hanford serves excellent brisket, ribs, and pork belly that is perfectly smoked, tender, and melt in your mouth. The meat is seasoned deliciously with the right salt levels and fat render. The homemade spicy BBQ sauce has the perfect amount of heat. The house made ramen is also amazing, creating a menu that is hard to decide from. Sides like the chili beans are nostalgic and good, though some reviews find the sides average.
