Stumbled on this place post workout and went in to try a shake. Extremely friendly staff and I talked for a bit, ended up ordering the banana nut bread protein shake. Was the best shake I’ve had bar none. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of their flavors, and their protein coffee!
I was looking for a protein shake after my workout and found Hooked on Nutrition—so glad I did! The staff was super friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions. I ended up going with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake, and it was delicious! I was especially impressed that it was made with just ice and water—no milk—and still had a great creamy texture and flavor. Perfect post-workout treat. I’ll definitely be back to try more!
A welcoming atmosphere, I always meet someone new or have insanely positive interactions with the staff. They have a great selection of post and pre workout nutritional beverages that taste like your cheating a diet, but your not. I regularly get their rebuild shakes and they are very refreshing especially in the summer. ⛱️
