Today 8/10/25 I went for lunch with my boyfriend at this IHOP located in Hanford. I ordered the salmon lunch, and after third bite I noticed my salmon arrived raw in the middle. I sent it back, and they told me they would prepare another one. I waited while my boyfriend finished eating, but my dish never came back to the table. While waiting, The waitress offered us more water and never brought it. I asked the waitress that I decided to take my order for to go. We got tired of waiting, and we went to pay, the cashier explained that the salmon had been frozen, which is why it hadn’t cooked properly, and that the new order would take longer, so it was better to refund my money. I left without eating… hungry, upset and with raw salmon flavor in my mouth. A very disappointing experience. They should not serve raw fish because it can cause various bacterias, such as Salmonella, Vibrio, Clostridium, and Listeria, which can cause food poisoning with symptoms like nausea, upset stomach, diarrhea, and vomiting. Savory, sweet and delicious. IHOP did a terrific job, delivering a well balanced breakfast combo. Their Belgian waffles are fluffy and tasty. Staff provide excellent customer service.

We hadn't been to IHOP in a very long time 😕, we were wanting to save a few dollars just like everyone considering the high prices everywhere. I guess it wasn't that bad, the waiter was somewhat rude, but me maybe 🤔 it's because he got super busy. However that doesn't excuse not staying focused on the tables he's already waiting on. Towards the end he kinda noticed that I was asking other staff for refills. I wasn't trying to get anyone in trouble 😵💫, but my 93 year old parents were waiting for drinks 🥤 more than 20 minutes, definitely Not a good impression right? I'm a firm believer in second chances, so I will definitely take my parents again. Hopefully the service will be better. I'll keep you posted 🙂

So IHOP has been my GO TO for breakfast. I do enjoy the food there, but my most recent experience was pretty terrible. I'm not sure if our waiter was overwhelmed or just plain rude, but it was an experience I'll never forget.
I was in a group of 4. All separate tickets. As our waiter hands us the menus, he knocks over the Tabasco sauce, picks it up, and sticks it in his apron, which I thought was odd because we'd need it for later.
Then 3 of 4 of us ordered coffee. Getting our waiters' attention was difficult for refills, and eventually asked another waitress for help. Eventually, our waiter brings out a pitcher of coffee. Trying to get more creamer for the coffee proved difficult as well.
Then, when we got our waiters attention for coffee creamer, when he came back, there were many times he threw the coffee creamer packets onto the table. 😳
Our waiter rarely checked up on us, and I never got any refills on my diet soda.
So I asked for my diet soda to go, the waiter did not confirm it was diet and gave me a cup with regular soda. I didn't realize until I was in the car driving away and had to toss it when I got home.
I'm not sure if our waiter was new or if he's usually like this, but his service and attention to detail just plain sucked. I'm not giving up on IHOP yet, but I sure as hell won't be seated in his section ever again.

Had some biscuits with eggs ,bacon, and 2 pancakes. Plus some coffee. All the food was good. Nice n hot. Biscuits were fluffy n moist. Bacon Krispy.
The server was efficient, and the coffee was hot plus it was topped and was fast n efficient. We had a large group. All orders came out within a reasonable time, and they were hot.
