I stopped by the In-N-Out in Hanford recently and had to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received. Emily at the drive-through was exceptional, she was attentive, friendly, and made the entire ordering experience seamless. You could tell she genuinely cared about getting everything right and making sure I felt welcomed.
The gentleman at the first window handling cash was equally impressive, professional and personable with a positive attitude that made a quick transaction feel memorable.
It’s clear this location takes pride in hiring and developing great team members. Experiences like this are exactly why In-N-Out continues to stand out. Keep up the excellent work!

These guys jam pretty fast when there's a line at the drive up. They are fast and efficient when it comes to getting your order to you fast with no errors. The food is awesome, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is nice and clean. The workers take pride in running a smooth operation!

Last night lid wasn't pot on drink all the way so when I went to grab it at getting out of car ended up spilling entire large pink lemonade on myself. First complaint I've ever had with un n out, food is always good and employees are always polite. Accidents happen happen

So glad we tried these delicious burgers on our vacation to California. Was very surprised when we went on Veterans Day to receive our free meals. The staff was very friendly. Best burger in a chain ever. Will definitely go there again.
2x in a day and they could get grilled onions right. Both times they were raw. Other than that thought it was a treat as always.

If you set aside price differences. Five Guys clears In-N-Out. It's a good burger, but don't spend an hour in the drive-thru for it. If you do care about price a double-double, fries, and a drink runs ~$12, which is about half what you would spend at Five Guys.
