This ramen spot is an absolute gem. I was completely blown away by the spicy brisket ramen – the broth was incredibly flavorful, and the brisket just melted in my mouth. And seriously, don't miss the gyoza; they're perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. I’ve been here three times and every time the owners have been warm and inviting. The brisket ramen and spicy brisket are sure fire deliciousness! They recently added a BBQ menu so I tried the brisket sandwich! The meat was soft, tender, and packed with flavor! To top it off, they have a homemade spicy bbq sauce which I think is the perfect topping to the sandwich! Not too spicy and still maintained its smoky flavors as well! The chili beans and mac n cheese pair very well with this sandwich as well! I highly recommend this spot!
Food is always great quality, the owners are really nice and friendly. The bbq slaps. Brisket is a must. Someday I will go early enough for some ribs 😅The curry ramen and tempura shrimp are my favorite.
