Arrived at 9:15 pm to find the door locked!!!!! I could see employees inside, I waived them down because posted hrs states closed @10pm. They ignored me and I persisted then they looked at me signaled the were done. What was sad is there was a mom with her toddler daughter who was very sad that the doors were closed and the young girl started to cry. I checked posted hours of operation at the door and online both state 10pm. Shame on you, not professional.

I had went with my mom and an older lady that took our order must have been having a rough day. My mom had ordered and had a question on what exactly they put in the order. The older lady responded in a rude way. Making my mom feel dumb just for asking a simple question. I believe that if you work in places like this, you need to be respectful and helpful to customers. Not throw it out on others and not have an ugly, rude attitude and a face that seems as if you don't want to be there.

They need to add more cream and cheese to the esquite, they only add a thin layer of cream and cheese on top.

They have to add mayonnaise and cheese in the middle of the glass of the esquite, on top they add a super thin layer and the "esquite is dry" on the bottom without any pure corn! Make things right please!!!! I don't think you'd like to eat dry skies! Mr. elotero does it better!

Everything is very delicious, a lot of variety of snacks, I recommend it.
I went in today, place is clean and gorgeous. Brightly lit up beautifully and colorful, its the star of the foods co shopping center at night. The woman inside was very nice and only charged me $5.50 for two big scoops which surprised me. What surprised me even more was how the ice cream is, delicious. Easy 5/5.
