The perfect place to grab a dessert. Their popsicles come in many flavors and are one of their best sellers. Fresas con crema are another delight. Staff are friendly and do a wonderful job preparing food from their menu. The chicharron preparado was quite tasty.

It’s very unfortunate that everytime I go in the workers are being rude. I’m not the only one this has happened to, my mom, grandma, and friend have all had the same experience. This place needs a whole new staff. Why work in a place where you need to have good customer service if you clearly are very unpleasant.

Online and store doors said they closed at 10pm, went at 9:11pm doors locked and a lady motioned no to us and other people showing up, but other people were inside. False advertisement, fix the times on door and website if times change.

Some short lady started making my fruit cup and I’m not lying she was wearing no gloves & started to touch every single piece of fruit with her hands, every single fruit. I didn’t even see her wash her hands or nothing she was touching everything & making other things. I didn’t say anything to her cuz my family was there but that’s not right.

Arrived at 9:15 pm to find the door locked!!!!! I could see employees inside, I waived them down because posted hrs states closed @10pm. They ignored me and I persisted then they looked at me signaled the were done. What was sad is there was a mom with her toddler daughter who was very sad that the doors were closed and the young girl started to cry. I checked posted hours of operation at the door and online both state 10pm. Shame on you, not professional.

I had went with my mom and an older lady that took our order must have been having a rough day. My mom had ordered and had a question on what exactly they put in the order. The older lady responded in a rude way. Making my mom feel dumb just for asking a simple question. I believe that if you work in places like this, you need to be respectful and helpful to customers. Not throw it out on others and not have an ugly, rude attitude and a face that seems as if you don't want to be there.

They have to add mayonnaise and cheese in the middle of the glass of the esquite, on top they add a super thin layer and the "esquite is dry" on the bottom without any pure corn! Make things right please!!!! I don't think you'd like to eat dry skies! Mr. elotero does it better!
