Wish I can give a zero star review. You order your pizza to be put in the portal to not have to wait in line and I still had to wait in line because they don’t use the portals anymore. Then they lose my order so I had to wait for a remake, didn’t receive a I’m sorry or nothing for that mistake when I was given my remake the box was open. I put in a complaint but I know by that and this review nothing will be done I’m just wasting my time. Very disappointed

I called during work as I was closing. And asked what special they had. I was told to go on line and look that they don’t know. How can you not know your product?They made me wait 20 minutes over the time the said. Then they said it’s coming up the 15 minute later. They said it’s in the oven. So which is it? Then I ask for the manager and she said my pizza was stolen. So eather someone went back behind the counter and took it or an employee gave it to a friend and I paid for the pizza. The. 15-20 people were waiting and no one said hi to them. A person went to pay for their pizza and it was 40 dollars. She gave them a 50. And said they won’t take it to go get change and come back. Really you don’t take peoples hard earned cash?

Customer service is not a priority. And they don’t respect first come first serve. The service of the store has really came down a lot. Was in line for 10 minutes, just for somebody to cut in front of me and get taken care of before me.

Parking: Parking lot is always pretty packed but there's a huge lot because it's next to a big grocery store. But difficult sometimes to find parking near the store.
