I’ve always loved their pizza but I ordered it tonight and the crust was so hard it hurt my teeth. It was inedible so I ended having to peel off the crust and just eat the toppings. It’s ridiculous and I’m very upset. I’ve eaten your pizza for years and it has definitely gone downhill. What happened to you Me n Ed’s??!!

I stopped coming here because when you ask for something extra they charge you but the pizza doesn't look like it. But I am sure charged for it. Well tonight I thought I would try again. This time I called and asked to please make sure to put extra mushrooms. And nope looks just like a regular pizza. Just some mushrooms sprinkled on.

I ordered takeout on 11th and grangeville. Waiting for my food, and they have no ticket for my order. There's ten pizzas laying on the counter which none of these our mine. Had a lady struggling.so unorganized. No business from me anymore. So wasted an hr out of my time, no apologies nothing.
