Churro cookie is the best so far for me…. Overall cookies are pretty sweet and fairly price… you in downtown Hanford, stop and grab yourself some homemade gourmet cookies.

Tried for the first time a couple of weeks back. Sea salt chocolate chip cookie was soooo good. Very clean and nice looking space. Only negative was the counter lady. She appeared to not be in the best of moods. Not friendly at all. Oh well, at least the cookie was great.

It was our first time at Modern Farmhouse Cookies and the pumpkin cookie was absolutely delicious! It surpassed my expectations. We will definitely be trying out new flavors and going back for the pumpkin cookie in the near future.

I really enjoyed this local place, the cookies were great we tried the oatmeal one and loved it. I was pleasantly surprised to see all their drink selection as they do the “dirty sodas” and also coffees. We sat down and it was nice to relax. Will definitely be coming back

Unfortunately my family and I will not be returning to this cookie bakery again. After seeing on their Instagram page, woke, Pride propaganda, which is unnecessary for a bakery to promote anti family, pro division, inappropriate, sexual, adult propaganda. This is not something we can support. Good way to go broke. We will find our sweets elsewhere where they serve sweets and not political and inappropriate propaganda.

Friendly staff that greet and ring you up. Their cookies are very big and super delicious! Love their cookie options as far as flavors! I very much appreciate them having the marshmallow chocolate bar cookie, and also their chocolate bar and sea salt cookie! Those are my ULTIMATE FAVORITES. They have many great options,and also have cookies on the side that are not hot off the press at a discounted price..... Still delicious though! I stop by to get my fixing when I can! Also I side the shop, they have lots of antiques and things to look at and shop from.

Purchased a Smores cookie and were disappointed. It was my second time trying them out. I like to support small businesses downtown. The cookie was not what we expected. It was almost all chocolate. Barely any cookie to it at all. I couldn't get even a small bite without a mouth full of chocolate. It was more like a chocolate chunk cookie. Very sweet, rich and full of chocolate. Kind of like a chocolate bar. Was not what we were expecting.
