Me and my fiancee go here a lot now that we work in Hanford. The coffee, to me, is great. Good flavor, deep richness. It's the other ingredients that make this a 3 not a 4 or 5. The drinks are always too sweet or not tasting of the flavor they're supposed to taste like. My fiancee is the one who gets the signature drinks and lattes. Every single time I've tasted them, all different so far, theyre WAY too sweet. She loves it but omg. It's insanely, murderously sweet. I get Carmel macchiatos and usually they're not sweet enough. I ask for it sweet it's WAY too sweet. I can't win. Other than that the store is great. The service is amazing. They're always so nice and they're starting to remember my fiancee. The food is alright. Nothing outstanding. The atmosphere is so cute. It's definitely cozy and warm inside to me.

Rude customer service, the girl with the dark hair, seemed to be in her feelings. I'm not from town, I asked where the menu was. (Above my head) ok? she looked at me like I was stupid. I asked to use the bathroom, again, Very rude with lack of social skills, Nevertheless, it seems like the complaints only come from the same group of ppl.
She set my coffee on the counter and quickly turned around with no customer service. I said have a good day. That alone verified her rude demeanor towards me, for absolutely no reason. I will never come here, and tell my Caucasian husband not to support this establishment. How sad.

Found this gem while in town! One Eleven has the coziest atmosphere and the friendliest staff. The café horchata was absolutely delicious , smooth, sweet, and so refreshing. Definitely a must stop when you’re in the area!

Ordered a simple coffee order around 3 the young lady at the counter was super nice but I did have to wait 30min for a drink, the service was good but the wait time was horrible.. I would 100% return as long as I'm not waiting 30min for a simple coffee.

I love one eleven coffee! HOWEVER, some staff can be rude and unwelcoming, for being church based, you would think the staff would be a tad bit nice, I walked in after an online order and was greeted as “what’s up” and not in a pleasant tone, shortly after she made my drink same thing very dry and not friendly at all!
I was pleasantly surprised by this coffee shop, normally I’m underwhelmed by the tacky decorations, loud music, or crowd of people, but this place with the offering of outdoor seating, is now top of my list when it comes to coffee.
Not only was the coffee really good, and made very well, but the prices were fantastic, and the service was great! I will definitely be coming back to this place again

Stopped by a few days ago and ordered a small drip coffee along with a bag of coffee. Coffee was fresh with good flavor and the beans were ground to my preference. Overall a good experience and I will be back to try the nitro brews and espresso. So far, so good!
